A gentle yoga and meditation class free for caregivers!
Are you a paid or unpaid caregiver taking care of a loved one or a nurse working with those in need? If so, then this class is for you! Those who care for others have high risk of developing health problems as they often put the needs of others over their own.
Take time to take care of yourself with a gentle yoga and meditation class taught by Nurse Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, Claudia Wong from the United States.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Mats also available if needed.
